I've been doing a lot of pressure cooking. First, I got the Power Pressure XL, it was OK, but I didn't like the non stick bucket. It worked good, but I just wanted the stainless steel. So, I got a stainless bucket, put it in, that is great. Also, I got some stainless pots that fit into it, so I can do stuff seperately. These pots have clamps on them, I tried to cook with the lids clamped, and couldn't get the lid off when it was done. I tried putting it in the freezer to cool it, then warming it up again, finally used a bottle opener to get it un pressured. Anyway, pressure cooking is great.

Love that idea about skinning the chicken first. I’m going to try it, seems healthier All you needed to add to the water was some onion, carrots, celery and garlic for a tasty soup with your chicken. Love simple meals like this.
