I am SO the person who has used it once and now it's sitting in my pantry …just waiting for me to take courage again! That totally made me laugh! I'll get it out and I'll try it before the week is out. I'll have a back up frozen pizza standing by…just in case. 😉

I opened the box and tested it the day I got it home. I have at least a weeks worth of meals I want to try and have the ingredients for. I still have questions. Most of the recipes I find and want to make are calling for pot in pot method. I don’t know which bowls or smaller pot in pot type things I have that can be safely used. Is there a cheer sheet for what is safe to use in the instant pot? As in for pot in pot cooking. I really want to use my instant pot successfully. And I want to make great meals for my family and have less time in the kitchen so I can accomplish other tasks.

So much more than just soups and stews! I grew up watching my mother use a pressure cooker for canning and for occasional stews. you've shown me how to do a whole lot more. I'm especially impressed with the sweet potatoes. It's so hard to get them tender in the microwave. I'll bet parsnips would cook up nicely too.

I’m so glad I found your channel. I’ve enjoyed it but I’ve also been thankful that I can pass your vids to friends who are just starting out. People tend to be so scared by the InstantPot and you’re just so friendly and easy to follow that it helps allay their fears. Thanks for all you’re doing!

Do you have a recipe or a video for cooking a whole (smaller) turkey in the instant pot?

    Or a whole chicken?

What do you think is about the largest size (poundage-wise) whole turkey that would fit in a 6 quart instant pot?
    🤔💭 Just wondering…

No little button,I guess I am like you I do not like to cook. I am a diabetic, and other major medical problems. The doctors are always on me that I need to eat better. I just bought a 3 quart Insta Pot. I am hoping this will help me and get the doctors off me.

You have fantastic videos for IP beginners like me. I can't believe now that it took me so long to decide to get one. I am working my way through your videos. Sometimes it is hard to go back and find the recipe I want because the titles don't list the items you cooked. I just used your link for cooking times and printed it. Did you know you left item #7 off your list?????? I look forward to Monday each week for new ideas to try – thanks for sharing with us 👍👍👍

I always add creams and cheeses AFTER the food is cooked. Just remove the lid after depressurizing and stir it in. It blends well in the hot food. It prevents the spewing when doing a quick release!

Your whole chicken recipe was the first thing I cooked in my Instant Pot. And your recipe for sweet and tangy meatballs was my second thing. And I’m going to cook your sweet and sour meatballs tonight. I’m loving my Instant Pot and your recipes, so please keep them coming. I haven’t cooked a lot in it since I’ve got it because, of some health issues and I’ve spent most of the time since Dec. 28th in the hospital. But I’m hoping to get to cook some more food in it. Do you have a recipe on how to cook dry beans in the Instant Pot. And how to cook things like cabbage, collard greens, etc. Thank you so much!
