    Thank you for this video! Explained perfectly! I have 65 pounds to lose —I’ve tried for years. So tired of the struggle. My husband is a minister in NC and these people eat all the time! They invite us over and take us out…. Have eats at church several times a month. It is so hard!!!!!! And let me tell ya, these southerners can cook!!!!! It’s hard to be consistent because of it!!! I have got to figure this out!!!!!!

    So far my favorite part of eating this way ( and 10k steps) is my blood sugar feels so stable, more so than I have ever experienced! No more headaches or stomachaches because I became too hungry to fast…also I would experience a drop in my blood sugar level like a wall hit me and I would become super cranky or spaced out and or feel super nauseous. Thank you for your videos!

    I have been on and off Keto for 2 years. I have restarted so many times. Every time I start getting close to my goal weight…I quit. I have 20lbs to lose.

    I literally love this channel!! You have helped my journey so much from Keto to living this low carb cycling life style. I am maintaining my weight at 135 lbs. If I keep doing strict keto I will melt away lol

    I’ve been carb cycling and didn’t even know it lol. This way really works for me and I don’t feel deprived. I also drink wine about 3 times a week but only red. I intermittent fast about 5 days/week for 12-14 hours bcuz of my age (48) and perimenopause. Been off and on keto almost 3 years now but really committed now that I’ve found the balance and routine that works for me above 👆🏼 and exercise about 4 days/week as well. Love your videos btw..they’ve really helped my mindset last few weeks and 100% it’s all about MINDSET!!
