Iodized salt is good because iodine is anecessary micronutrient that is hard to get in other foods. So, get a mix of sea salt and iodized salt
When you say “freeze it first,” what does that mean? How long does it need to be in the freezer before I take it out and store for long term? How long should it be at room temp again before I package up? What’s the best way to store for long term?
It’s good to know that about waxed cheese thank you.Don’t forget dry beans are a cheap crap to plant! Also you can sprout them, you can sprout lentils (and rice too I believe).
