What makes the meat soft minus flavour?
I like to chop the fat off and fry it in a pan, slice it up thinner, I get to eat the crispy bits then can pour the fat in with the meat.
Can you tell me if plain boiled diced beef is safe to eat without frying? Is boiled beef edible on its own?
