Thank you for such a brief, to the point, clear video. You didn’t waste my time prepping, talking talking talking or overworking details. I had been thinking of cooking my Bear Creek mixes in the IP and was only looking for a time but I enjoyed your whole clip. Now I would have given it 6 minutes but will do 9 mins. I will also use your tip with the paper grease mop…and might try sausage instead of beef! Good job!
