These aren't entirely stevia – they are mixtures with erythritol. Since I got tired of spending all my day in the bathroom, I don't use erythritol anymore! Ugh. And pure stevia (I also use monkfruit now, but also WITHOUT erythritol) doesn't have the bulk needed for baked goods. I'd appreciate help in figuring out if there are ways to adjust for this. This video is useless.

The caveat she didn't mention in the video is "what kind of stevia product are you using?' If you are using pure stevia extract powder it is 1 cup sugar to 1/4 teaspoon of stevia powder. See where I'g going with this? Next up, if you are a diabetic, the alcohol sugars(erythritol, xylitol) they cut stevia with WILL spike your blood sugars.

What a horrible video. What ingredients and amounts you used other than the oil, almond milk and stevia and baking powder?!? Huh? And you never mentioned how much liquid stevia instead?

This was a wasted click and wasted time. It might not seem like much to complain about but when your search results are full of biased articles, blogs that have to give you a life story before you can get to the recipe, people selling something, etc etc those wasted clicks add up to 20 of them and 2 hrs of wasted time. I miss the internet days before bored housewives, the Valley, money and hipsters made it here.

What I want to know is how to add volume back when using 1/2 or less of sweetener. Sigh.So many women who think they are bakers get on youtube to see themselves on the internet…like little children playing.
