Being the son of Veneto parents we had risi e bisi often and in my 66 years I never tired of that dish.
I love your take on riso Eva. All of them.
But THE best of all is risu niru. Rice + chocolate + Eva instructing how to do it. Absolute genius!

Every episode, and each recipe, remind me of being a little boy. My mom's family (Aunts) cooking meals. Everything was so tasty, tried, and true. So simple but so well thought out and put together. Those old immigrant ladies sure knew how to cook. I remember them as the broken English blue haired crew. Dam, I loved them. Great memories.

Hopefully you guys don’t get a knock on the door from the Ndrangheta looking for their cut of your YouTube revenue…..Boston and Providence certainly has their share of associates…..

Porter Road offer sucks if you live in one of the many states that they add a surcharge onto. I was all set to order but with the extra charge and disqualification for the free shipping with the offer code plus the surcharge, it ends up not a good offer. I’m so disappointed.

The rice pudding I am familiar is Greek. Very creamy and sweet served with a dash of cinnamon on top. A lot of diners have it and the Greek cafe' I go to every Saturday for breakfast has it.

The last chocolate rice dish is similar to champurrado in the Philippines. Delicious looking dishes! Would love to try the osso bucco. Thanks for another great vid. 🙌🏽

Do you worry, that Artemis will come for you? You are so lovely, so strong, and so universally loved. If I were Artemis, I would have a small pit in my stomach. Then, I would eat your risotto…
