I always have some “ leftovers “ that I use for dinners. Seems to me if I prepped meals and had them ready, I would have better control. No excuse for me, I have containers! Ps I love Chinese!!

Use real butter. Margarine is fake food. Body doesnt recognize it. Cant process it. Bad for gut flora.

This is so timely. Thanks! This week, I have been struggling to find good, easy to prep meals to keep me full. I eat a good breakfast, drink plenty of water and eat lunches (light sandwiches or salads) but then I get SO hungry quickly. Today I ate a huge bag of pretzels!! And I just was too hungry that I ate a gazillion calories (in pretzels). So maybe a better lunch with some protein might help to keep (some of) the hunger at bay
