I see you got babies or I hear babies in the background it's good to get them started on how to eat properly also. I see with your veggies you're on the right track now get rid of the turkey burger lean meat and start eating some good fats which are olive oil G what you can make yourself bacon grease and natural fat from your meat. Sorry I keep bothering you but I just I'm 64 years old and I went through so many years of exercising my butt off and to lose weight and starving myself and overeating course that was childhood issues but it's not about exercising more and eating less it's about what your body is using for fuel. A big fatty pot roast is good of course you have to limit your servings but after your body gets used to using fat as fuel you won't want to eat all the time. And there are lots of delicious recipes for Keto

I think I saw juice and margarine which are too big no-nos. Juice is 100% sugar margarine is processed food it's man-made it's sludge in your veins. You need to Nyx the juice and eat butter. This is why you're fat and I'm fat too the things I have in my refrigerator are spinach, eggs, butter, heavy whipping cream, Cheese's such as cream cheese cheddar cheese parmesan mozzarella cheese assagio bacon, various vegetables (no Root veggies), Walnut, pecans, olives, chicken, pork butt roast, fatty beef such as New York strip, fatty sirloin, marbled roast beef, sausages, pepperoni slices. And if I absolutely have to have something sweet I buy stevia sweetener and use berries and cream with a few drops of stevia for dessert. I have just discovered an air fryer which I marinade chicken thighs in various spices and air fry them for a quick dinner with a romaine lettuce salad of lettuce onions cucumbers Tomatoes feta cheese and ranch dressing it works

I'm going to need you to research Keto turkey burgers are lean meat. The reason we have so much all timers and dementia is because our brains are 90% fat doctors tell us donate fat. It's not about exercising and eating less you don't even have to exercise with tea do you teach your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrate carbohydrates lead to obesity it may take a few weeks for your body to realize it's not going to get its energy sores from carbohydrates and sugar anymore but it will adjust to burning fat and when you teach your body to use fat you burn the fat off of your body it's really simple and it's not hard. Yes you do have to sacrifice sugar and processed foods which are complex carbohydrates. No one is meant to be fat or destined to be sad or just have to embrace their fatness nobody wants to be fat and you don't have to be either but you do need to change the way you eat. We consumed way too much carbohydrates and eat far too often these days once you start using fat your body will not crave food, which I'm pretty sure what you're doing right now. This is how to do it honey research Keto dr. Dr. Ken Berry, dr. Eric Berg will tell you how to get started good luck

I've learned that it is actually okay to over season turkey meat. By over season I mean adding a little more than the recipe calls for, and it tends to turn out fine.

What a great video, Holly. Don't apologize for the sound of happy, busy kids. That's real life, and it was easy to hear you. I particularly liked learning about the Japanese foods you used. I know tofu, and bok choy. I've had miso soup in restaurants, but not made it. I would love to know more about the seaweed was it? The soup looked delicious. And that spreadsheet with your meals and recipes: Wow!

Oooo! Leeks! I'm always tempted to get them, but I have no idea how to prepare them. That food looks so good. Oh wow! You're having natto? Natto is so good for you, especially if you're like me and prone to high blood pressure.
