    That’s too much oil for one egg. I recommend getting a plastic condiment squeeze bottle and fill it with oil. In the pan, make a swirl 🌀 of oil. Use about 1 tbsp of oil or less. The less you use, the healthier it is for you. The oil holder you have works too! I think the problem is that your pan doesn’t lay flat so all the oil leans to one side. I leave the egg on medium heat and immediately cover. Once the top of the egg is cooked, I shake the pan to see if the yolk is runny.
