I’m new. I just learned about the freeze dry collaboration on Black’s Tropical Homestead. I can and dehydrate food, and am interested in learning about freeze drying. I have been talking to my husband about canning, dehydrating and freeze drying. We don't have a lot of space, so to me the best thing about freeze drying is being able to condense food down to store. That way my family can have food on hand when needed. If covid taught me anything, is that way to many of us are not prepared for disaster.

Have you done super strong coffee to make your own instant ?
Tropical fruit powder in oatmeal or cream of wheat yum. I do mixed veg like Normandy and powder it and add to everything.

Good Morning Tiffany! I am new now. I did t get to do this collaboration this time but next year for sure. I have a freeze dryer in layaway. I just know that a freeze dryer would help me preserve my goods produced on our farm. I already have learned so much from this collaboration. I also have found new channels possibly new friends.
