Tia, any recommendations for cravings during/before monthly cycle? I know the recommendation is 2 servings of fruit/day, but I go over that during that time. Will it be harmful for weight loss? Just looking for any advice based on your experience. Thank you!!

Our kitchen was remodeled earlier this year. For one month our "kitchen" was in the dining room with a microwave, toaster, airfryer and coffee maker. No running water on the first floor to refill the water filter 😬 I made up several batches of some easy freezer meals in individual servings to thaw overnight in the fridge and heat up in the microwave. There was still a LOT of takeout though! 😁

Good idea to stay organized and write your plan down, I do that as well, helps with accountability too.. I’m doing your Dr. M’s spring onion ramen over broccoli, and veggies and thai rice noodles w/peanut dressing a lot, very filling..i’ll be using your tips on summer vacation this year, a little nervous! This is like “the test!”Glad to have your videos! Thank you!!💚💚🌺🌺

Too many people — even vegans– really push fast food and it makes me kind of mad. I like how Rocco Dispirito talks about how eating out regularly really takes a toll on your health. — Even though he doesn't cook vegan and I do — I think this central theme to his tv show makes a lot of sense. And if you aren't remodelling your kitchen it really isn't a big deal to cook at home. So cheers to you for still managing to eat at home even when your kitchen is not available to you. 🎉🎉 You could probably cook a family dinner outside on the grill too., If you have one. Texas where I live in recent years has had a lot of issues with power outages and everytime we lose electricity we have to get creative. 😂

This brought me back! I remodeled a kitchen in my first house while I was training to run a half marathon! My “kitchen” became an old school tiny toaster oven, a microwave and fridge in my dining room/living room. I survived with that, lots of Whole Foods salad bar and their pre-prepped foods plus the cafeteria at work. I was not vegan but mostly vegetarian. It would be so much easier with the air fryers, instant pots and a lot more convenience foods available now. The other thing that amazed me in watching your video is how much easier it would be to do it today as a plant based vegan!! Thank you for sharing. I can tell you from experience the pain is totally worth it when you get to finally move into your new kitchen. Can’t wait to see the final reveal!

Thank you for sharing all of this! You're such an inspiration. This video was so timely. We're moving in 3 weeks and I'm about to start a new job and I'm trying to think through meals for myself and family while packing and unpacking kitchen supplies etc.
It's so helpful to see how you do "real life" while staying on track.
BTW, I love your easy to make meal plan!
Random question…are you still using your cellerciser? If so, how long are your sessions on it.

Very nice upstairs renovation. I love the cloud couch. Never seen 1 b4. Can't wait to see your new kitchen. I'm living without a fridge right now. It broke. Gotta choose a new 1 that I really like 1st. No leftovers. No prepping right now.
