Hello Scott. We need more of those nice recipes baked or cooked on the one lid. I'm waiting for my OL701 to arrive from Amazon later in December. Those Chicago Metallic baking pans are still being sold in Amazon. A set of three round pans (6", 8", and 10") cost $18.99. The 10" would not fit the one lid though.
