    This was good. So good. Savory and a bit exotic. The sauce was more liquid than I wanted, so I poured most of it off mid cooking and reduced it in a separate pan and it was marvelous. The prosecco might be talking a little, but everyone else liked it too.

    Could you please explain. I don’t really get it: the recipe says it’s best to marinade it for 24-48 hours yet later on the recipe goes as if you just take out all the ingredients and chicken, mix that up and put straight to the oven, no mentioning of marinading. Got confused.

    The sauce never reduces, it's just a mixture of grease and liquid every time i cook this. Maybe i could make a second cup of sauce and cook it separately so it's not half grease. Any suggestions anyone?

    Made this for lunch today, everyone loved it! Easy to prep too. Sauce needed reducing as suggested, was more liquid than sticky but still tasted delish. Served with steamed jasmine rice and greens. Defo making again. Thanks Nagi!! 💖👏
