Chef, I have learned so much about the importance of proper technique from you, and it is taking my cooking to a whole new level. Thank you from the bottom of my heart !! My son is allergic to seafood, and I guessing that would include the oyster sauce. is there a substitute for that ? Maybe a good quality DARK soy sauce instead of the standard soy sauce ??
