I loved this recipe! It was great. The website version has a lot of inconsistencies though. Says to use chicken broth then the recipe uses beef broth. Green beans are listed but not in the list for vegetables to add. Just thought I'd mention!

Well done for the Worcester sauce. It is the magic ingredient. Try frying the vegetables separately from the beef as it is then at a higher heat leading to a better mayard reaction.

This is so good, it’s my fifth time making this today (& it’s only been out for 1.5 month). I used lamb & I added a tablespoon of Garamasala & 1 cup of mushrooms on the last two batches. All my friends & family want the recipe. Thanks Megha & Matt you did it again (as always).

Be careful with artificial sweeteners when you are Preggo dear friend. Consider finding raw dairy while preggo too, from a farm near you. Nutrition is way higher to prevent disease pastured raw…check out Weston a price or local harvest to find a farm. A lot of them deliver too and have CSA’s

I used to make "mashed potatoes" using cauliflower. They taste awesome.
Pressure cook whole cauliflower with little water. Put in a food processor, process till "mashed potatoes" constancy . Season with salt and dash of pepper. Add Tahiti till it is fully meshed well. Try it.
