    If sauerkraut isn't gassy enough and then add PORK equals a recipe for atomic farts baby. Not to mention the odor which will kill you for sure if the thunderous cheek slappers don't knock you out for the count. Bon Appetite?

    You can get fermented sauerkraut in the grocery store. Try Cleveland brand. They do not use vinegar. They have really good Kimchi too. ETA: I find it in the produce section.

    I am making my own sauerkraut for the first time! 1 more week left, I'm doing a 6 week fermentation as my basement is 17-18 degrees. I've been watching the podcast clips religiously since the AVGN stuff got it recommend to me. I've been loving your content. I'm a 39 year old father with young young kids who is on the nerdy side.
