Love the stranger things shirt. My wifes aunt actually owns a antique store and they came in and bought them out. So the furniture you see belonged to that store. We live in Georgia and I have passed the school several times lol. I have to try the ravioli soon!

I love this! I've worked in professional kitchens for many years, and as anyone who works in most kitchens knows; it's about doing your best with what you've got! With some knowledge and technique, you made better ravioli than premade! I could feel the love being put into the fresh dough, and that's important for all food items!! Keep up the great videos!

That kiss was soo sweet!…. I enjoyed watching you make homemade ravioli… I like your idea of microwaving the cheeses to make them easier to fill the dough. I always enjoy watching you cook! Your frog visitor definitely stole the show! 🤣🤙 Watching from Georgia! 🍑

Your shopping tips, yummy recipes, calorie breakdowns and the kindness you show to reach out to anyone viewing in need to reach out for resources is amazing. You have even convinced me I can make homemade pasta. Thank you for sharing your kitchen and your kindness. See ya in the next video.

First, a question ; ) can you please give me an idea of how long it took the eggs to be incorporated into the flour at the very beginning? I tried making homemade pasta once and I got discouraged because it wasn't coming together "right". I ended up dumping more flour in and just made a huge flour-y mess.
Second thing, a comment :)) I loved how Andrew was hovering in the back at the end like " love you, but why must I starve while you talk to your YouTube friends?!?" Thanks again for the great vids

We love to make ravioli as well, often with a filling made of feta (in Germany, you get a sort of really creamy, but still not liquidy Greek feta), carne de membrillo (that's a sort of fruit leather made of quinces) and s sprinkle of thyme. So good! And very pan-European as ravioli come from Italy and carne de membrillo from Spain 😀 And usually we make a big batch and freeze ravioli. They just need a quick bath in boiling water, directly from the freezer. A quick and delicious meal, even some weeks later.
