Sorry it's not exactly like you have done:
Ratio is 1kg of potatoes with 0.3kg of flour.
Press the potato when they are hot, but wait then to cool at room temperature before you add the flour (otherwise potatoes will take much more flour) , you should add an egg as well. To cook, drop one or 2 portions max at the time.
