I'm working my way through my freezer it takes a while because it's just me , today I boiled a chicken carkcus and turned it into chicken pot pie soup. I mainly buy my meat reduced & I keep a notebook on refrigerator for things I need so I won't buy anything not on the list
We made the copy cat taco bell pizza last night! This was 1000x better then taco bell. I want to make a 7 layer dip with it. Adding guacamole, sour cream, and refried beans. Forget the pizza 😂😂 I been obsessed with salsa and guacamole lately tho lol. We are making burrito bowls with it tonight!

I make wings in the air fryer with no flour. I season with whatever (lemon pepper, or cajun seasonings), spray with avocado spray and cook in preheated air fryer for about 20 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through. Then we either eat as is or I melt butter and add Franks Hot sauce and pour over the wings. SO good. In fact that is what we are having tonight.

It rained all day here in Ohio yesterday and we even got a bit of snow it was very cold . I made potato soup and hotdogs for dinner last night. I worked on taxes yesterday and probably again today 😢 I still can’t find that hot sauce! Thank you ! 🍕🍗🍕

I didn’t get to try the sliders yesterday because we had a busy day and ate out after church and then it was an every man for himself kind of night. 😆 I need to buy the stuff to make them because they looked so good. I want to can some very small jars of pizza sauce this summer. Have a great week!
