Looks really good. We often get a Kroger rotisserie chicken have a meal from it – then use the leftovers to make a chicken tortilla soup. I don’t add tortillas to mine. If I want crunchy – I make my own crunchies from little baked cheese stacks. I’ve resisted the urge to get an instapot or an air fryer. I use my crockpot to make bone broth. Takes longer – but I love the aroma and the results. ❤️👍🏼Thumbs up!👍🏼❤️

That looks so good. Great tip on the mushroom stubs. I'm with you about manually changing the time on the instant pot. Frustrating. I really like Sam's Club rotisserie chickens and I'll definitely look at Kroger for that clean brand. Thanks for sharing! 💕

The soup looks yummy! This is sooo beyond my skill level. Chris has impressive chopping skills. I just recorded my first cooking video. It'll post today. Three ingredients. I can handle that. 😂 You wouldn't be able to eat it, Sun. It's not gluten-free. Oh, and my hubby did the recording for me for the first time. 😄
