This is the best video that I have seen about making ghee and I have watched many. Very straightforward, understandable, and delivers an excellent final product. Thank you. I think that I'll subscribe.
if u put some curry leaves the flaver become heaven
I thought Ghee was clarified butter (the one I have now actually says that) but it is just cooked to add browned flavor and remove water not other “impurities”?
Forget the timer. I don't have an induction plate so I use my griddle on 250. Use a thermometer, since water boils at 212 you will see the butter stays there until the water is almost gone, when the temperature starts to go up you know the water is gone. I usually let it go to 230 just to make sure and that won't burn the ghee. Works great!
Really like the way you explain every step and give useful tips to make it easier. Definitely making my ghee this weekend.
Excellent. Not fuss. No bother. Going to definitely try this
Really clear instructions, thank you. The background music really started to grate after a while though which was a shame
Very professional. I have subscribed…. besides the recipe part… there is something very special about you to feel an aura or energy through an ipad is almost impossible but i felt connection energy superb … no nonsense ..straight to the point no bs…yet very strong n caring… good human being…
background 'music' confusing and unnecessary
If somebody wants to know, the spatula that she is using is Tavolo which can resist heat up to 280 Celsius (536 Fahrenheit)
I can’t wait to try this and put it into some chocolate chip cookies. 🤤
First Indian Lady without accent…and head&neck shake. 🙂 You have clear and simplified method I really like compared to other recipes on youtube for that reason I am subscribing you……Thanks!
great recipe
I have a question for you… I have started to make my ghee several months ago after a video on YouTube. The lady said that it must be kept IN the cupboard or any dark place as it does not support light. I would appreciate your opinion on that matter.
Thanks very much ❤️❤️❤️
GREAT video but… THUMBS DOWN for the awful background music ! and… you talk much too fast… it's very annoying.
Video is good….

Loved this video. Clean, neat and clear instructions. Very professional.
And ghee is delicious! : )
For centuries every foreigner ( and even some clownish Indians ) condemned . criticized , joked , laughed , derided , insulted , trashed etc etc about everything Indian . Now you are selling Indian ideas as good ! My ancestors have been making , using , relishing this product for ever without a video clip showing them how to make it . This is a joke indeed .
Superb thank you
So glad I found this recipe. I’ve been spending to too much. And 52?? No way, you look much younger 🙂
I loved your video and I subscribed. Thank you.
Very interesting. I thought ghee was simply clarified butter.
I really need to give this a try. Thanks for making it look so straightforward and easy
Is it normal for the ghee to separate into liquid and solid form at room temperature? I have seen many ghee bottles at indian store which are separated but mine home made never separates.
I learnt making ghee from my MIL who is an expert on the subject cause she makes homemade butter and then ghee from it, and her advise is that once butter has melted in the pan, absolutely don't mess with it. Just let it cook till the splutter sound stops. Straight forward simple steps..never gone wrong with it.
I love to make brown butter for baking cookies. Delicious! I will try my hand at making ghee this week. Thank you for the recipe.
