My goodness you're good at finely slicing cabbage! It's pretty much the TARDIS of the vegetables, isn't it? I'm always impressed by how much volume is in a humble cabbage. Cruciferous crunch is a staple in my house and today I added a few handfuls at the end of cooking a pot yellow split pea soup. I often use it as a base for my salads.

I made this yesterday after watching one of your older videos. I stir fried it with snow peas, mushrooms and onions and topped it with sesame ginger air fried tofu . I served it with an oriental peanut sauce and served over rice. It was so good for dinner last night I also ate it for breakfast this am! Thanks for all your wonderful recipes and great videos.
