I made these this morning and they were such a yummy and beautiful Saturday breakfast treat!! I didn't have peaches but had just been strawberry picking so I used those instead and left everything else the same. I've actually never made crepes before and they were sooo delicious and easy!!! I can't wait to make it with peaches! Thanks for the recipe 🙂

Always a joy watching the family do the daily work. I think Julianne would run circles around me. Great assistant, Tabitha.
I'll be trying the peach compote. And, it's been years since I've made crepes.
Breakfast for supper is the best way to end a long day!

    🤤🤤🤤 they look so delicious..
I‘m more the salty one when I make crepes I leave out sugar and butter and I fill mine with potato salad.. that’s the way my great grandmother fed her 12 kids plus spouses and grandkids.. they didn’t have much but they always had these ingredients to make Pfannkuchen as we say in Germany.
Where I live we make potato salad with vinegar oil salt pepper broth mustard.. so without mayo..

The combination it’s so delicious and makes belly’s full..

Sometimes I also like them sweet then I fill with butter sugar and some lemon juice..

My family also likes it with jams and apple sauce..

You made me hungry.. good that I have planned that anyway for tomorrow 😊

Aw! I watched this with my 10yo and he said, "mama! Let's make these and then maybe I can try it on my own like her!"

Thanks for the great family friendly videos!

Looks much like our Dutch recipe for pancakes! Thanks for this great tutorial! A life hack from my mother to keep them warm until serving: let a pot with some water come to a boil and keep it on low fire. Put a plate on the pan and stack the pancakes on the plate with a pan lid on top!

Last summer I put up peaches for the first time. This looks like a great way to use some of them. My husband is the crepe maker at our house.
    Lovely presentation!
