One of the things I truly miss from my childhood is beef jerky cut with the grain. Sure it was chewier, but it was still the best. Salty, Smoky and tough. Just like me.
yes love some jerky I made a smoker out of an old gas bottle, I like biltog too you should try snap sticks and droewors also have a go on cuttlefish jerky very fishy and salty but I think you would enjoy

The less tender ones you cut along the grain is the Montana way of doing it. We like how tough it gets

By cutting the meat before hand you are increasing the surface area and therefore the absorption of the marinade Barry. That means that your jerky should be much more tasty than if you had marinated the whole steak at once
Barry: "You only need a little liquid smoke." ~Pours half a tablespoon into mince.~ That jerky is going to taste like a house-fire.

Can't afford it atm barry but next week i get my paycheck i'm buying the veggi prep kit ive seing those things on tv shopping a lot but they are never good quality,since you tested a lot of them i'm giving it one more shot

You did it too hot sadly. Essentially you cooked it. What you made is a jerky like snack but not jerky. You lost all the preserving quality of making proper jerky and what you made will have a very short shelf life. The best way is to do it over a fire…
I have a dehydrator to make treats for my pug. But please do more videos so I can use it to make myself stuff
Barry, I wish I could get that toastie microwave grilled cheese sandwich but even at Amazon it won’t ship to the United States😩😢 By the way I noticed that the microwave baked potato thing ships why not the grilled cheese thing,they are made by the same company . Letting Chloe going to a party and a sleepover I'd be a little bit concerned about that with the virus going about 🙁 Its not even Chloe getting it as she seems very healthy its it being passed from her to another child or person whos health isnt so good. Not saying that your a bad dad or anyhting I'd just be concerned at that and wondering is it a good idea?

Barry, don't feel bad or depressed…That's honestly how most guys would've spent a night alone! Every guy needs some quality one-on-one time with their meat every now and then! Jerky making is very important time and requires your full attention, can't really do it properly with other distractions going on, it just won't turn out the same!
