Don’t peel your apples ladies! Thee most nutrients of the apple is in the peel! Just place the cooked apples in a high power blender like a ninja or food processor to grind any leftover peels to a pulp!!!
I canned apple butter last year, and it's so good. I use it in everything haha
You can cook them down in about a half hour in a pot on the stove. And that looks like way too much cinnamon.😳
Core, sure, but you don't actually need to peel or slice them, in my experience, they cook for so long that they naturally break down, and the peels just add more pectin, which gives the end product an even "jammier" consistency.
