Most of your recommendations are good, but I must disagree with your recommendation of Natural Heaven hearts of palm spaghetti. I got a variety pack, lasagna, spaghetti, and angel hair, from Amazon. The spaghetti package says to mix the pasta with sauce, heat until warm, and enjoy. After doing this, the "pasta" was totally inedible, more like palm bark. I boiled it for 15 minutes and it was a little better. After boiling for 30 minutes a knife was still required to cut it, barely edible. I will try the lasagna and angel hair, but if they are like the spaghetti, they are a total waste of time and sauce. I also purchased Al Dente Carba-nada fusilli pasta. The directions say to boil in salted water for 5 minutes and then test. I found that boiling for 15 minutes gives a very enjoyable, what I consider al dente, pasta.

Simply Mills almond flour crackers with sea salt are wonderful. (Costco or whole foods) Also, coconut keto clusters from Costco made of pecans, almonds, and pumpkin seeds are a very tasty healthy snack with only 4 grams of carbs. Good substitute for trail mix. Also siete brand makes really good almond flour tortillas. I find these at either Whole Foods, or Costco in the freezer case.

Cauliflower rice is, well, cauliflower! It isn't the best for risotto. Lily's dark chocolate chips don't have much chocolate flavor, but Lily's dark chocolate bars do if you like dark chocolate.

But these are still processed. The thing about true keto is to getvrid of the processed foods and not just keep carbs low. Low carbs lose weight but not necessarily be healthy🤷🏻

It’s not easier to buy ground pork rinds, it takes seconds in a food processor, especially since I add parmesan and other herbs and spices to the mix.

Thank you so much. I live in a small town and a large shopping center is an hour and a half away. The 2 grocery stores in my town are slow to bring in keto products. They are getting better. I’m so happy you list where to get products on line.
