    I'm totally with yoa Neal, nothing wrong with a good seasoned steak. At a bare minimal I will do salt, pepper and garlic and usually use the blend by kinders since it's all ready to go and easier. I also put together a Santa Fe type seasoning which is amazing as well. I don't understand the hate either.

    When you're making the flour tortillas and rolling them out, if you find they are retracting on you give the dough a few minutes to rest. This gives the gluten time to relax. Thanks for the awesome videos Neal and Amy!

    so sorry I missed this, the crud hit this house big time. The entire schedule went sideways. My bride is sick, my son is sick so the whole day was a needed task of taking care of her.
