Thank you Heather! I am so thankful for you hosting Banana Wisdom, which is how I found you. Never boring, so encouraging, thanks for sharing your journey. I am going to meditate and take care of my mental and spiritual health this evening. <3

This is meant to be funny and NOT negative or critical in any way. I had to laugh when you talked about doing crafts to help heal the addictive brain. I do lots of crafts and all it's done for me is make me addicted to crafts! lol 🙂

Thank you for your videos, they are not boring! I'm going to drink more water and it's day 5 of no alcohol! You inspired me to take better care of myself and in small steps and I've been exercising and meditating as well- can't wait to make the lentil loaf!

Never board.  I enjoy you checking in with us.  I agree, eating should not be really pleasure full.  I do enjoy the company and conversation much more than I do the food.  Not that I dislike the food, but that I think we need to learn to eat for fuel and not pleasure.  You are doing a good job Heather, keep up the good work.

These videos do NOT bore me! I eat the same way, for the same reason. Too much variety is not good for me. I most definitely eat more if there's too much variety. Congratulations on your steps Heather! I'm still having to be careful with my bum knee, but I will not let it get the best of me! See you tomorrow! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ Sending many hugs and much love to you!
