SO happy I found your channel. I have been binge watching you and am dying to try most of your recipes. I also LOVE chai and I think that may be my very first Keto-Coffee drink. Thanks for sharing!

You should watch eating bananas the are very high in sugar . My hubby just found out he has type 2 diabetes and his doctors told him DO NOT eat bananas and if you do only eat half in the morning and half at lunch . Because they are very high in sugar . Just a little heads up on that one .

Anyone else find that the cheesecake tastes off when it is warm? I didn't really like the original recipe when warm but when I ate it when cold it was crazy good. I usually prefer my desserts warm, so I am interested what others found.

Oh girl, the OOO flavors are BOMB! I used vanilla cupcake in some cinnamon Keto donuts last night, and I swear to god it tasted like I was eating Dunkin’ Donuts. My husband isn’t doing Keto, but his face was PRICELESS when he bit into the donut. He couldn’t believe it was Keto! I’m so glad you told me about these flavors!

Side note: do you ever watch your commercials? Currently they’re running one on your channel that’s AGAINST KETO 🙄🤣 it’s advertising a hormone reset solution diet instead 🤷‍♀️

Maria emmerich suggests using 1 tsp of stevia glycerite added to 1 cup plain erythritol to equal 1 cup of swerve. I also just buzz mine in the blender to get powdered. I just got allulose in the mail yesterday and I can’t wait to use it. I tasted it and it has ZERO after taste or cooling.

This isn't the right post but thought of this and I keep forgetting to put it on some of your other videos, I started rolling out my fathead dough between two silicone mats that I bake on. I stopped with the parchment too much waste too much money. I thought of you because the recipe you use is extremely sticky. It works beautiful! And on top of it you can roll your fathead pizza dough to the exact size of the pan! Put your dough between two mats and roll it out! Then what I do is I put the mat into my baking pan I don't even take it off of the mat. I use a dough docker which I bought on Amazon a while back for only four or five dollars. It's made by pizzacraft beats poking it with a fork. So much easier so much more even and so much less waste! plus you're saving money by not using all that parchment paper. Us keto people use a lot of parchment paper! I haven't bought any in over 2 months now! Just wanted to throw that out there because I don't see anyone ever doing it but that's what I do now I use my silicone baking mats for rolling out any dough, Bagels what have you. Just wanted to share 🙂

I been wanting to try that NOW Erythritol Sweetener in comparison to Swerve. So please share your thoughts when you have the chance to try it. Also, I notice you been using the Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit a lot lately. Is that favored over the Powdered Swerve? I have never tried any variation of Monkfruit. Btw, that cheesecake looks Crazy Delicious!!! I would say your husband LOVES THE CHEESECAKE! Oh My Lanta!
