    I made kodiac Muffins for meal prep this week. I also added a scope of protein powder to them to give a little extra boost of protein, along with 2 eggs(which my recipe called for). It was vanilla protein, blended in perfectly. I was shocked u didn't add some protein powder as well. Try it next time, promise u won't even notice it, I thought "maybe" to add 2 scoops, but worried it would ruin the texture and flavor of the muffins. Mine were banana based, added Lillys chocolate chips. Delish for 1 point. Everything here looks amazing! Going to try them all! Thanks for another great meal prep!!!!

I’m sure you explained this somewhere else, but can you please explain why you stress protein in your meal planning? I’m not anti-protein, just asking what benefit there is in having a high quantity.
