If I don’t meal prep my breakfast, I drink it but I rarely skip it. For me it seems to impact my mood. Not like hangry 😂 but more present and engaged. Otherwise I will feel like I forgot something all day 🤷🏾♂. How about you?

I either wake up early and eat a decent breakfast or wake up later and don’t eat until nearly lunchtime. Balance is some thing I’m working on. ☺️ Wish I could find a better drinkable breakfast. Something with less sugar.

Good call on the Ackee as a nice substitute. As long as you drain it well from a can, it works great. Coming from a Jamaican born Canadian, gone vegan in the last 2 years. 👌🏿
