    Is it possible to replace cream cheese with ricotta cheese? Where I live there isn't any fat free cream cheese, with the lowest fat ones being around 10-15g total fat per 100g available.

    Great recipe!! Made it without the orange, but still added cinnamon. Also added some Swerve powdered sugar to the frosting with some vanilla extract for a sweeter flavor. Will 100% be making again

    hey, sag mal wie misst du Flüssigkeiten? Vor allem dickflüssige? Ich würde am liebsten immer einfach die Flüssigkeiten wiegen aber die Volumen sind ja völlig anders als Wasser. Und wenn ich das jedes mal mit einem Messbecher/Löffel mache, dann bleibt voll viel am Rand kleben. Das ist total frustrierend. Ich finde es so schade, dass die Nährwerte da immer in ML angegeben sind und nicht in Gramm. Das würde vieles so viel einfacher machen.

    Oder kennst du einen guten Trick, der nicht nervt?

I mean 105grams of protein is not complete information. Unless we know what the total weight of the cake is. Like 105g protein in a 300gram cake is impressive, but 105g protein in a 1500gram cake is not.
    Or maybe instead grams, we can look at percentages, like this is a 15% protein cake vs 20% and so on 🙂
