    Is tawa on high flame fist or medium , and brought to low flame when we start spreading the chilla , this detail is very important : respects 🙏

    As u said that jowar flour is good for diabetic patient, ragi is also usually used in the recipes for diabetics.. So if we use ragi flour in this recipe instead of jowar flour, will it be a good combination?

    What I learnt from Rujuta Diwekar was that Jowar should be used in summers and Bajra should be used in the winter. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe!
