    I made some improvements on this dish a few weeks ago, add an entire pack of BACON to the Mac and cheese, also add cooked breakfast sausages with half a cup of maple syrup, it takes this dish and makes it 50x better, believe me

    Keto version: Swap out the noodles with boiled cauliflower / milk with almond milk. Replace the honey and bbq sauce for low sugar versions.

    This recipe is great but a nightmare for low carb/diabetic crowd
