As I know, chicken skin is not healthy at all. Am I wrong?
I only use legs and wings from chickens, I don't use back, and I hate chest, so of course, I will never buy whole chickens.
Hey! Love this channel. Do you really mean pressure cook it for 5-18 HOURS???
I went vegan last year. Best decision of my life. I don't know exactly why I'm watching this video.
How is "Schmalz" an ashkenazi jewish term, its literally just the german word for lard lol
Very healthy here too! As a powerlifter, this vid got you a sub
Fantastic video! What do you do with the parts inside a whole chicken? The neck, liver, gizzard, and heart (aka the giblets).
You are so right!
The utopian trout chronically water because probation arthroscopically return apud a homely hedge. alert, purring season
so, my problem with chicken is that it is so bland. How do you infuse chicken breast with flavor?
that fat you made we call it Smalec in Poland, we make it from pork fat too in various taste

Do you know; Is it safe to make broth in the slow cooker without roasting the carcass first? Thanks
I only like or eat Legs and thighs and maybe wings. I need to buy a whole chicken for that?
why does breast exist?
where do u get these plastic containers? ( the ones u put the salad inside)
man! i cant wait to live alone and start my kitchen life! i sometimes cook at home myself but since my mom oftentimes uses some stuff and buys stuff i dont know about, i cant really get myself to think of any recipes coz i dont have the time to look and find stuff in the fridge and shelf
Yes, it is waaaay cheaper, but it takes more time. Some people will trade the time it takes to do this by buying it packaged.
Then again, I am here cause I want to spend the time to do it manually. Thank you for the info!!!
Just discovered this channel (which is surprising as I watch nearly 10+ different Food channels on YT) Thank you for sharing this content.
This is great. When I lived in China. I would always buy whole or half chickens. Also, rendering the cooking fat was something Chinese people did. They always used the fatty bits of pork rendered too cook dishes in. Almost never needed to buy cooking oil when living in China.
I always buy and roast whole chicken. After picking at the left overs, I pour the juices into a container. Leave it in the fridge and skim the fat off the solidified broth.
VERY GOOD
so i've been watching a couple whole chicken breakdowns and technically you missed one other part. the Tenderloin you left attached to your chicken breasts
I'm a bit freaked out that you wear your ring when you process meat.
Jesus. Yeah I'd probably want to learn how to cut up a chicken if it boneless breasts were $13 a pound.
Meanwhile, boneless breasts are $1-2 a pound here.
I finally made schmaltz and gribenes tonight. OMG. The gribenes didn't last long, and I can't wait to use the schmaltz in something later!
That salad looks SO GOOD! And the orange chicken, leftover chicken with the rice and the chicken noodle soup too. OMG it ALL look delicious!
LOL, when you blew on the salad dressing, I saw it but didn't even think twice about it until you pointed it out. LOL
How much do you save by making the food yourself rather than buying fast food or buying a lot of processed foods?
And so what do you do with the thighs and wings each week?
