You may notice a few glitches in the second half of the video that we, unfortunately, didn't catch when it was first uploaded. I tried it last week and it was the best beef stew I've ever cooked in my live! Cooking another batch this weekend! I love how your recipes are a great balance between healthy and comforting! I was looking for a channel that showcases healthy homecooked recipes without obsessing over calories and weight lost and your channel is a great example of that!

Just made this recipe this past weekend and it was delicious. My whole family was very pleased with the meal. It was all gone by the end of the night. I was very happy with the taste and outcome. I got to use my dutch oven for the first time, with this recipe and it was perfection. Can't wait to try the broccoli Cheedar recipe next😋

I'm gonna try this! I just need the beef. I don't have wine, but I DO have ale and homemade beef bone broth. 😉 I might also add a splash of liquid smoke as well. 😋

Hi – I made this recipe tonight! It was the perfect thing to have cooking away while we (distantly) handed out candy to trick or treaters. Question: the recipe says 4 cups of beef broth, is that right? It looks like more than 4 cups in the video, altho you might have been making a double batch. I’m asking because after two hours on low, my stew was completely dry and there was no liquid left at all.

15 year old me would binge watch your videos and absolutely love every second. You got me excited and motivated to create beautiful and delicious food, and now 21 year old me has found and binged your videos again, and I find myself just as food clucky as these videos made me 6 years ago. How nostalgic ✨

As a side note it amuses me how you Canadians say herbs and Worcestershire (I’m English) and as for Scarborough and Peterborough 😂. I’m guessing though you laugh at how we say things 😁

I made this tonight, absolutely delicious and so simple. I didn't have any red wine to hand, so I replaced this with tomato puree and it was beautiful. Thank you 🙂

If you serve it on top of a chopped naan (Indian bread) you get yourself a traditional Ramadan dish here in middle east.

I usually add the vegetables towards the last half hour, along with a can of tomato paste

I stumbled across this recipe a couple of years ago on your page and absolutely loved it! My family loves it year round. I memorized the recipe. I think the only difference is adding tomato paste 😋

Great recipe! Worcestershire sauce is USUALLY NOT gluten free though. If you're planning on hosting someone with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance, please either find a brand that says, "Gluten Free" on the label, or omit it entirely. I have gotten very ill from family serving recipes with worcestershire sauce in it thinking all brands are created equal.
