    oats, nutritional yeast, herbs salt free for parmesean
    triple apple cake-
    3 chopped envy apples, dried apples, apple sauce , 3 cups oats salt free bp and bs, cinn/nutmeg/ 6tbs flax seed. vanilla

    Chef AJ… I don't know if you will see this but I have an instant pot and for the last 3 years it's been in the box. How do you determine cooking times on recipes you just "throw together"? I'm very intimidated!!!

    I stopped eating tomatoes cuz I saw a few videos from Dr. Gumfy ( not sure of the spelling of his last name ) but I miss my tomatoes 🥲 it’s so hard to know who to believe these days

    I don't know why or what the cause but I couldn't watch this live but watching it now (uploaded replay) the volume isn't loud enough and I have my computer's volume up all the way. Always appreciate your videos and this new Healthy Living with you is great, thanks.🥰
