Take turnips and onions cook in some veggie broth then purée ….makes a tasty creamy base for soups.
I took a can of petite diced tomatoes and drained it. Then I dehydrated the tomatoes until completely dry. I crumbled the dried tomatoes and used them in my salad, crumbled on top of my homemade veggie burger and snacked on them…so good. Ground into a powder they make a nice addition to homemade dressings.

Hi, Love your vegan meal prep videos but I'm aware you said something about eating eggs every once in a while. Can you, please make a video explaining why you think that was the best choice for you? Are you eating any other animal products? I'm not the vegan police here but just trying to understand the process.Obviously, you eat mostly plant based and that's always good. What changed your mind? Do the plant crumbles hold their shape in the soup or do they kinda dissolve? Are those any different from the ones Trader Joe’s just came out with? I gotta make those bars they look so good! I feel like that soup would be really good blended
Oh my, every recipe looks just amazing. I’m trying them all. I have a question for you. I was told by “ my friend “ that I shouldn’t eat night shade plants. Well, I looked it up and they are at least 3/4’s of my meals. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Hope you have a wonderful week.😊
