This soup is delicious! I have been searching for a good vegetable soup and I finally found it! I sauteed in veggie stock to make it oil free and I left out some of the heat. This is definitely a keeper! Thank you!

Why fry the veggies when you making soup cause you cook all the veggies anyway I throw mine in all together in my instant pot electric pressure cooker and fix altogether but I make mine with tomatoe juice and tomatoes
