I learned to do robust greens like collard and kale in the instant pot; one cup of water; trivet and any ol' metal steamer; close, start and seriously, switch to manual and don't punch in a time. Cover vent with towel when done and let it blast; they're done. I didn't believe it until I tried it. I personally consider legumes and quinoa as predominately proteins/fiber, but it's all good!

Can't wait to try your version. I have always made mine the same pretty much, except I add tomato paste in mine (mmm so good). For seasonings I just used black pepper – can't wait to try it with the kirkland seasoning!

    Hey Dilon
Nice content you keep posting, but please for the love of god drop this 2018 trend of the not-so-funny giant face video thumbnails!! I'm afraid you might fall into the " I just ate a whole sack of beans and guess what happened next!!" kind of titles 🙂
    Keep it up. Thanks

Greens and beans, Oh, yum! Yesterday I cut up some cleaned potatoes into bite size pieces, started them cooking, and added some sprouted lentils (they only take a few minutes to cook) and then added some sauteed onions and garlic, lots of those great herbs and spices, and…. wait for it… Chopped Kale! Funny how great minds think 'alike.' Well, almost alike. Next time, black eyed peas. Have you tried High Carb Hannah's pea soup? Oooooh… You'd love it. As Ryan, of "Happy Healthy Vegan" says, "Being Vegan Doesn't Suck!" Thanks for the great recipe. Lynn
