    I love pumpkin, I made a pumpkin soup yesterday for dinner as it was raining with thunderstorms, I want to say it was cold but it was still 26 degrees during day haha. Will turn some leftovers into pasta sauce, awesome idea. I'm really not a tomato fan so tend not to eat pasta as usually it's the base for most pasta recipes. TGI Friday! Have a great weekend 🙂

    Hazinga! Great ideas! Also great suggestion to add flax to the oatmeal, but just make sure, viewers, it should be ground flax for you to get all the Health benefits. Otherwise it'll pass through you. 💩

    My partner and I like to add
    brown rice or wholemeal pasta
    to soups
    (or rather take some cold pasta or rice
    and pour the soup over it)
    Some friends pour soup over air fried potato "fries"
    but for me that is a little bit too much work for soup.
