    This looks great but I seem to get a bit of a numb mouth (allergic reaction ) to Garam masala. I eat most Indian food in restaurant no problem but when I cook and use garam masala I have issues. Could it be made without or garam masala or can you suggest another spice instead? Thanks

    I love potatoes and Indian food. I'll try this and will add some frozen peas to it. I batch lightly steam potatoes in my Instantpot & then refrigerate them. I'll use these to speed up this recipe. Thanks for the recipe.
