    कुकर में चावल बनाना तो आपको खुद ही नहीं आता इससे अच्छा होता खुला होली में ही बनाया जाए तो ठीक है ठीक और आसान है

    पर मैडम तो चावल 600 ग्राम है यह तो बताएं पर पानी कितना डाले यह तो नहीं बताए सिर्फ अंदाजे से कैसे पता करें कि उसमें कितना पानी है 1 लीटर या 2 लीटर जिस बर्तन से आप पानी डाले जरा यह भी मात्रा बोल देते कि पानी कितना लीटर था या नहीं था तब होता सही शिक्षा

    We have been cooking rice for centuries this way and drain the starch. Nothing new…but here you cook in cooker and adding water and draining, that's it. We cook directly.

    If you soak the rice for about 1 hr the rice will cook faster. We can use the traditional method itself of straining the starch water once the rice is cooked. This is done as 1 step process no need for 2 stages to get the same end result. Time required also is about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Too many steps. My cook lets the rice cone to a boil and then shuts off the stove and keeos it covered for 20 -30 mins. After that she brings it to a boil and strains. Simple and easy. Not so many utensils to use and clean.
