I just stepped outside to clip some spinach for a meal. I will keep planting until I can’t anymore. The chicken looks amazing. I don’t have an air fryer, but I will try the oven.

Hi Kym, I love chives and they have such pretty flowers too I know you're not really supposed to let them flower but I have a few plants so I let some flower and crop the others. Growing spinach is a good idea I could have that in a pot 👍 Recipe looked delish, I do like ideas for air fryer cooking I plan on using mine alot more for the energy saving angle. I have a mini food processor and that does a really good job on fine chopping small amounts. Lots of love to you, the girls and Frankie 💖🐾🐱 Xx

Good Morning,Kym! The chicken bites look yummy. We bought an air fryer.And sad to say we have only used it once! Yep,once! Lol I’m looking for decent recipes too. I still need to cut back some more plants today then the outside will be done. We are gearing up for the “Covered Bridge Festival” around our area. I just recently got an air fryer and I do use it for my frozen fish and also heat up my banana blueberry bread.
