Lisa, was excited about making the chia pudding. Following mixing ingredients, I covered the container and put it in the frig. After 5 hours my chia mixture never thickened, it looked the same as when I put in the frig. My chia seeds expire in 2023. What did I do wrong?

I made the trail mix bars! They were awesome although they did fall apart when I cut them. I think my knife was too dull, but they were delicious nonetheless.

Im Greek. Whole my life i knew tzatziki is with vinegar.. i couldnt imagine it with lemon…never tried it!! I dont know if other people use lemon but i think most use vinegar.. also we prefer to clean the cucumber well and use also the skin cause it makes the tzatziki crunchy… Of course also yours is amazing but to me looked like an abroad style tzatziki… we also use some pepper inside not make it hot of course but spicy it a liitle bit… This whole video is so wondeeful!! Banana bites were amazing!! But for the bars.. i once tried to make and the went to hard to bite…anyway if the syrup is to be caramelized as you said isnt it possible that it might get too hard to chew?? Is there another way?? Im afraid that caramelized thing…

I would put the nut butter and chia seeds in a small snack bag, and massage it to mix it. Then just cut a teeny portion of the corner of the bag with a scissors and squeeze it onto the banana slices

I made the banana bread bites and they are amazing! I used sugar free maple syrup and added a few dates. I blended the mixture in a Vitamix and it turned out so good. Tastes just like banana bread. Thank you so much for sharing!

I’m wondering if there’s an easier and faster way to make the Banana Bites. Maybe layer them in a brownie pan, then warm almond butter and pour a thin layer over top, cover with banana tops then drizzle with melted chocolate?
