Hi Abby, I am also a teacher with 3 littles. For 10 years now, I make shakes in am. A few years ago, I got smart. Purchase 5 blender bottles, make 5 shakes on a weekend, then place in freezer. Night before place in fridge. I get up at 5 am during school year, so I take it out of fridge when I get up. By the time I am hungry it is about half defrosted, and keeps it cold as I sip the morning away. Generally my shakes are ice, water, clean protein, flax, chia, spinach (2 handfuls), frozen berries.

Enjoyed coming along! That's a load of groceries ready for your clan! We just finished school for the year and aren't even a week into our Summer Break…it always feels so weird to see everyone doing 'back to school' when I'm only just managing to relax after the end of term! Lol. Good luck prepping!

I love Sybil's look with her eyes, Vera does the same look…. Your kids our so cute. Great idea!! You used your IP and cooked chicken. All you have to do is add more water to your IP and that gives you chicken broth. You don't have to buy chicken broth and what you don't need, put in a baggy and freeze it.

I had to laugh at your Elsa fruitsnacks as bribery. All my bribery is Elsa themed: I have the stickers, the colouring pages and even the soap blowing bubbles🙈 We might be on different continents, but we still bribe the same….

Cool video and ideas. Can I ask though do you freeze some of the meals or do they keep in the fridge for the whole week? I’ve always been too scared to try that rice and didn’t k ow whether the chicken and rice would go off…
