Your meals look delicious! You would never know they are for weight loss! I also make the sausage dish but I add a little bit of ground fennel to it. It gives it an awesome flavor! You could serve it over a little brown rice or some quinoa!

Went to Aldi today and got some Aldi Diapers because you recommended them! They’re such a good deal, so hopefully they work for us! Love your videos! Keep doing great things mama! 😊

Mild ground Italian Sausage, Pork would be so good for the egg roll in a bowl 🍲 dish, since the meat is already seasoned. I buy the great value kind & it’s economical as well… I will have to try! 😉

Great video. I’m trying to lose weight too. I meal prep a dozen eggs baked in muffin tins weekly. I eat an egg sandwich on whole wheat with Canadian bacon every day for brunch. Then I am free to eat pretty much whatever for dinner. I have lost a lot of weight doing this and still losing.

    You can do this!
Dont forget you can buy rotisserie chickens, precut veggies , lettuce mixes, frozen veggies. Through some frozen veggies in the airfry or oven. Bake a bunch of sweet potatoes or russet potatoes. If I have the food cooked, it's way easier to through some food on the plate and microwave it or through a salad together with a can of tuna or already cooked meat, chicken, etc..
