This definitely gave me ideas for my meal prep. I went to Sprouts this week and they had healthy meals already prepped so I bought some for this week but definitely I’m making the burrito bowls and the baked oats for next week!!! Girl when I tell you I needed this, I truly did! I’ve been on vacation these past two weeks seeing family and I’ve eaten way to much food. I feel super bloated and I know I put on a lot of weight but I’m not even gonna look at the scale when I come back home tbh. I’ve been having Mcdonalds for breakfast and it’s just really bad lol. I can’t wait to cook at home!!
